The issue at hand is a compilation of texts which were first published in Chniese in April 2011. The English translation was supported by MISEREOR, the German Catholic Bishops’ Organisation for Development Cooperation.
'Resarch on the System of Collective Bargaining' is published by the Centre for Chinese Law at the University of Hong Kong, the Research Center for Contemporary China at the Peking University, and the Guangdong Laowei Law Firm. For the editors it is neither a periodical, nor a normal publication. instead, it is a collection of articles and reports which were posted on the website of the Collective bargaining Forum (http://www.jttp.cn). The editors hope that 'Resarch on the System of Collective Bargaining' will be an academic journal, which could exert some influence on the establishment of the the collective bargaining system in China.
